Dealing with damaged underground pipes is stressful enough without worrying about your property being ruined in the process.
In the past, traditional sewer repair meant traditional excavation. To fix the pipe, plumbers had to dig a large trench along the entire path of the sewer line—tearing up your beautiful lawn, breaking through your driveway, or destroying your patio just to expose the problem area. Once the plumbing was fixed, you were left with a messy yard and expensive restoration costs.
The Old Way: Traditional Digging
• Highly Invasive: Requires digging a large trench across your property along the entire pipe path.
• Destructive: Destroys landscaping and hardscaping, leading to expensive restoration bills after the plumbers leave.
• Slow Process: The work can take several days or even weeks to complete.

Rush Plumbing specializes in trenchless plumbing—a method of repairing or replacing pipes with minimal digging. By using just one or two small access holes, we use specialized equipment to build a new pipe inside the old one or pull a replacement through, saving your landscape and your sanity.

The Rush Way: Trenchless Solutions
• Minimally Invasive: The entire job is usually done through just 1–2 small access pits.
• Preserves Your Home: Protects your lawns, driveways, and patios from destruction.
• Fast Results: Most jobs are completed fast, often in just 1 day.
• Long-Lasting: The new materials we install are highly durable and designed to last 50+ years.
We use two primary methods to fix your sewer line. Both techniques are "trenchless," meaning we don't need to dig up your yard to get the job done.
1. Pipe Lining (For Cracks, Leaks, and Roots) Think of this like giving your old pipe a brand-new, indestructible inner skin.
The Process: We start by cleaning out your existing pipe. Then, we insert a flexible fabric tube coated in a special epoxy resin into the line.
The Magic: Once it's in place, we inflate the tube like a balloon. This presses the wet resin against the walls of your old pipe.
The Result: After the resin hardens (cures), it forms a rock-hard, seamless new pipe inside the old one. It seals off all cracks, stops leaks, and is smooth enough to prevent future clogs.

2. Pipe Bursting (For Collapsed or Severely Damaged Pipes) Think of this as "out with the old, in with the new"—at the exact same time.
The Process: If your old pipe is too damaged to be lined, we use a steel "bursting head."
The Magic: We pull this steel head through your old sewer line using a hydraulic cable. As it moves, it shatters the old, damaged pipe outward into the soil.
The Result: Attached to the back of the bursting head is your brand-new, flexible replacement pipe. As the old pipe is broken apart, the new pipe is immediately pulled into its place. You get a completely new sewer line without us digging a trench to lay it.

You can't see your sewer line, but when it starts to fail, your home will give you warning signs. If you are experiencing any of the following issues, you may be a perfect candidate for trenchless repair.

Recurring Clogs & Slow Drains: If multiple drains in your house are slow or clogging at the same time, the blockage is likely deep in your main sewer line.
Soggy or "Lush" Patches on Your Lawn: If you see a random patch of grass that is unusually green or soggy compared to the rest of your yard, you likely have a break in the pipe below.
Unpleasant Odors: A persistent smell of rotten eggs or sulfur is a clear indicator of a cracked pipe.
Gurgling Noises: If your toilet bubbles when you run the bathroom sink, or your shower drain gurgles when you flush.
Pest & Root Intrusion: If you have large trees near your sewer path and frequent backups, roots have likely breached the pipe.
